Oh Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! You know if you look at a type – with the flood, it covered the face of the earth. And there were two things that happened. There was the that which was in the heavens that opened, but then they said there was something of the deep, the waters that were in the deep. You know if you take that as a type of what He's gonna do in this glorious outpouring, I call it the “Matching Grant”. If you understand where I'm going. He said that which is deep calls unto deep. There's a glory hidden in earthen vessels. Hallelujah! I think we need to go back into this little last part here and think about that. Oh man, Heaven is anticipating opening up its windows so the flood gates, so that something can flood into the earth and cover it again! But come on! The glory that's in the earthen vessels has to release as well. Hallelujah!

You know at Azusa Street there was secular eyewitness testimony, and they witnessed something. They witnessed when they were meeting there in that facility this fire, this shaft of fire would come up out of the building where the people were. And it would go up into the sky. And then they saw something. I mean there were dozens of secular – meaning people that didn't even, they weren't at the meetings, they didn't believe in this stuff – but they saw it. And they got this eyewitness testimony. They would see this shaft of fire come up out of the building, and it would meet in the air a shaft of fire coming down from the heavenlies. And when these two pillars would meet, they said we could tell where it met because this fire and this fire it would go like this [Motion of spreading out at the meeting point]. They said whenever that happened, it didn’t happen all the time, but whenever that happened, that was the most powerful display and demonstration of the power of God . . . miracles, I mean amazing things happened. Amazing things happen anyways, but when that happened . . . well what was that? Come on, it was the deep in you that placed a demand -- Come on! – on that which was there. It's not that He's withholding per say. Come on! But we're working together in this. Come on! The glory! Come on! There's something invested in you and me! And when he said . . . Come on! Get you the place where you're comfortable with allowing that to come out of you . . .that glory to come out of you . . . that fire to come out of you! Come on! That authority that to come out of you! And He says I’ll match it from Heaven! Hallelujah! Come on! Let's go! Let's go! Let's go!

[Music Flow] As Your glory comes in . . . You will flood the earth . . .

Hallelujah! As the glory comes out . . . it will flood the earth . . . As we release . . . As I release . . . We’re heaven and earth come together . . . As I release . . . As we release . . . Hallelujah! Oh Father, thank you! See yourself releasing something out of your spirit. See something being released out of your spirit. He’s invested something in you for such a time as this. We release it right now! We release it right now! Begin! Begin! Begin!

Now listen. Let me give you this. This is my opinion, but I believe that there's a new, a fresh, a fresh impartation for travail and intercession. So don't fight it if you're finding yourself more and more in a place where you just you know you just gotta – Hallelujah! It's a powerful release! Come on! It's a powerful birthing posture. Hallelujah, oh thank you Jesus!

So every time we gather, every time we meet together, every service, every conference, every whatever – release your faith. Because something powerful is coming out. It's coming out of you too. It's coming out of you too. And I think we need to ponder that. Sometimes we kind of sit back, we're waiting on Him. And I appreciate how you adjusted that song because we're working together. Come on! The deep is opening up. Come on! The glory in those earthen treasures! Come on! Yeah! You understand! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!

You know . . . here just a couple weeks ago we were in Florida with Apostle Todd and Autumn. And it was it was that Sunday morning, New Year's, and I'm standing there. And the fire comes on me, fire comes on me. I didn't see anything, but man it just came on me. And you know – you know I'm not a shaker or whatever, but and if you are that's totally fine ‘cause I experienced that – but I mean the fire came on me. And I'm shaking. Hallelujah. And then I smelled Brownsville. Now that's very interesting. I was in Brownsville at the revival down there in 1999, and the theme that year was “Branded By Fire”. So I thought it was so so interesting . . . I’m at Apostle Don Lynch’s ministry down there. The fire comes on me, and then I smell it.

Well I've been meditating on something. I'm just gonna give you this. The will Lord wasn't saying go back to Brownsville because it was so awesome. It was. Okay, Brownsville had a mission. It had an assignment. And it allowed us – come on – to go from faith to faith, to glory to glory, to grace upon grace. And the reason why I think that I sensed that Brownsville fire down there in Florida just a couple weeks ago right at the New Year . . . and I even smelled it. It wasn't for nostalgia in the sense of go back and try and stir it up. But I'm telling you what the Lord is doing is there has been treasures in the deep that are coming out again. He's placing a demand on that – come on – which has been invested.

Listen, you are going to begin to experience, maybe even smell – not trying to be weird – but you are going to you . . . you're gonna have a, “Wait a second that looks . . . wait a second that's it . . . wait a second that's meant . . . wait . . .” It’s because He's bringing things together in a synergy of the ages. It's not to take us back. Come on! But He is demonstrating Himself in a fullness. And I'm telling you when Brownsville fire touches Azusa, when it touches whatever . . . whatever thing you've experienced God . . . however He's revealed himself at different times. When these begin to link arms, there will be an outworking you and I have never seen before. Come on. These are the days that we're living in right now. Oh Hallelujah! This combination, this joining together of various streams . . . I was telling apostle Todd that a couple of years ago we heard: “Companies connect, streams intersect.” I’m telling you friends, God is about to display Himself in a mighty! It's gonna make you wanna talk to yourself Hallelujah!

Okay, praise the Lord! Well hey, why don't you take your seats for just a second. I took way too much time!

[End of Music Flow]

I'm just gonna get on into my part because I went over time. But can I have five more minutes? Anybody? Can I see a hand . . .? There . . . there's a 5 . . . 10 . . . 15 . . . 20 (minutes) . . . That's a pastor’s joke. It's not even funny. It's not even funny here. Alright . . .

So here's what I believe the Lord put on my heart to share. My parents were both born in Arkansas. I was born in Colorado. Okay, nobody cares here either. Okay, praise the Lord. We all lived out there just there a short time, and we came right back here. So, I’ve pretty much been raised in Arkansas my entire life. My entire life I have heard, like on a regular consistency, I have heard this prophetic word that concerned Arkansas, but it also concerned the Midwest or the heartland is that “this part of the country was a refuge.” If you've ever heard that, lift up your hand, if you ever heard that that this place was a refuge. I heard that growing up my entire life. Prophetic words, even Corrie Ten Boom – Who's heard of Corrie Ten Boom? – Corrie Ten Boom actually was at some property right behind my house. And the Lord ministered to her and gave her some powerful prophetic vision concerning this area. And even Corrie Ten Boom said that this area the Lord called a refuge. We've heard it from all kinds of people, famous people, not famous people . . . that has been kind of like a prophetic word over this area

Even so to where just a couple of years ago there was a man who moved right behind my house. There was some property there, and he bought some land. He came here from Alaska because he had the word of the Lord come to him which said, “Move to Arkansas because it's a refuge, and I’ll establish you there.” He thought he was crazy. He had never heard anybody say that about Arkansas. His family even kind of thought he was a little bit crazy, but he ended up moving here and he got you know around some of us. And I said, “Hey bro, well you're not crazy. The Lord's been saying that for years. I find it interesting that the Lord spoke to you.” So, many people have been saying that, that this place was a refuge.

Now refuge in my mind has always taken on a defensive connotation to it. We had some people in our church that moved to a little town just outside of Harrison, Arkansas called Parthenon. And Parthenon, it's way out in the middle of nowhere, but there's a bunch of caves there. The reason why they were here was because they were with this commune that was trying to escape the fall of 1988. And guess where they went? There was supposed to be a nuclear fallout in 1988. I don't think it happened. Did that happen? No, but they moved with a whole bunch of people into a cave in Parthenon, Arkansas to escape the nuclear fallout. You know why they came to Arkansas from Michigan? It was because somebody said somewhere, and they believe it, that this part of the country would be a refuge. That is not an isolated story. Dozens and dozens and dozens and dozens and dozens of people are in this area because it's been known as a refuge.

Now even literally if you look at the land, the water the supplies, even secular people have looked at this area and said it's a refuge. Because if anything were to happen on the coast, we could self-sustain based on all the available resources. There was a man named Daniel Patrick Moynihan, and he was a popular senator. He was quite the philosopher as well. He wrote an essay, and this essay was why America will not survive another 200 years. He was interviewed in 1979, and the interviewer asked him, “You wrote this essay, and you had speculated that the United States would not last another 200 years. Can you explain to the audience, you know, give us the short version why do you believe that the United states will not last another 200 years.” This was in 1979, Daniel Moynihan. And he said and I'm gonna condense this, but he said as soon as the political unrest, racial tension, hatred for police . . . I mean he had a list of like a dozen things . . . he said as soon as this type of chaos hits the heartland, The United States will fall. 1979, the guy’s not even a believer. When I came across that, something lit up in my spirit. And for the first time I heard the Lord say . . . this wasn’t

audible . . . but I believe the Lord said this, listen, “When I said refuge, I didn't mean for it to take on a defensive connotation. [A lot of people are trying to escape a lot of things by coming here and hiding out in caves even – that's a true story. But listen,] I never meant for this area, I never meant for the heartland to be my defensive strategy.” This is what I believe the Lord said. He said, “I wanted the heartland to be my offensive strategy.”

Can you see now why the enemy has been highly invested? Come on! You know if you look at what’s going on the coasts and different things, this part of the country kind of demonstrates –we kind of . . . we exhibit, it's kind of like in our DNA – some of the values of this nation. God is doing something. God is doing something. Turn your neighbors say, “You're not God's defensive strategy. You are God's offensive strategy.”

So, when apostle Todd, when you reached out to me, and you had that vision of the heart and pumping out to the extremities, again the Lord was just confirming what he's been saying my entire life. People have heard this but listen. The enemy is trying to twist it, made it look like “well come sit here and hide” rather than “come get here and get postured – come on – to get sent, sent, sent, moved, moved, something doing.”

Now let me give you this last last one, and then Dr. Scott is going to be next.

We have a Corrie Ten Boom prophecy, and I told this guy says that well yeah everybody has a Corrie Ten Boom prophecy. Then I thought, “Man, you're a rude dog, but then I thought, oh yeah everybody does have a Corrie Ten Boom prophecy.” But I'm not responsible for Maine. Maine has a Corrie Ten Boom prophecy. You understand what I'm saying. Every place has their thing from God. I just know what we have. Okay? But even Corrie Ten Boom said this as she was standing out of some property right behind my house. She was in a time of prayer, and she said that God has reserved this part of the country for a move. . . .Well, let me get the exact quote here. I think I'm a couple minutes overtime now. I remember what apostle Todd, he put the picture up there, so if you don't like this blame him. Okay? But something was coming out of Arkansas. Okay. . . . This is what the Lord spoke to Corrie Ten Boom. She said that the Lord told her this, “I have set aside Northwest Arkansas for my people.” In1986 Brother Paul Crouch was interviewing her, she looked straight into the camera – we, actually Dr. Billy Brimm actually reached out to TBN to get a copy of this tape, and they said that tape was recorded over. But they vouched for this interview – and she looked directly in the camera said, “The Lord has told me that the center of this next movement of God in the United States will begin in Northwest Arkansas. Now, if you're in Branson, that includes Branson. If you're in Kansas, you know so you know but I'm saying everybody has a Corrie Ten Boom prophecy. But what I'm saying is the Lord's doing something. You see where she might have needed to go left a little more or right, but I'm telling you she played her part. She knew the Lord saying something is about to happen in the heartland Okay. Hallelujah! Oh, thank you Father for it.

In 1982 there was a lady by the name of Jeannie Wilkerson. She was in Harrison, Arkansas for four days. She prophesied for four days, and she said the Lord was gonna bind together Arkansas, Missouri and Kansas and she said Oklahoma would be a part of this. The result of this binding together would be a mighty deluge. Hallelujah! Listen folks, you are in a really good place, and it's not so we just keep it here. It's not so we just have it to ourselves, us- four-and-no-more. Come on! God expects us to do something!

Let me pray for you. close your eyes. Father, we thank you for the strategy. Right now, if this is truly the offensive strategy, then we receive it working in us right now. Say, “I receive it working me right now.” That strategy. Come on! If you're in Arkansas, receive it right now. If you're in Missouri, receive it. Come on! If you're in Kansas . . . where is Kansas? I've been asking Kansas, “Where are you?” Kansas needs a little revival. They need to be realized back to their prophetic call. Hallelujah! – So, if there's gonna be another meeting, we might need to target Kansas. Hallelujah! So, Father, we just thank you. We thank you for the strategy. Right now, it's working in me, It's working in me. It's working in me right now. Right now, it's working in me. Right now. Hallelujah!
