I don't have anything prepared. I don't have any notes, I'm just kind of a Holy Ghost gunslinger.

I just want to hear what God is gonna say.  One of the things that I heard during worship and God confirmed it during multiple...

You can be seated, we’re done dancing for right now.  When we go back to worship, I'm gonna have this brother lay hands on me for some of that energy.

I just heard the Spirit of God say that the Heartland, and Arkansas specifically, is an Apostolic hub.  See, we get a bad rap in other parts of the country because of Walmart, whether earned or not, we’re Walmart country.  But God said, I'm gonna use the contacts of Babylon to take the gospel of the Kingdom to the ends of the earth.  See, there is coming a day where we're not, where northwest Arkansas is not known for Walmart, [we’re] known for the Kingdom of God that is advancing rapidly!

Yeah, like him now, it's to hit to that beat, but I hear a sound.

You see the Kingdom is, and we know this, you all know this, but the Kingdom is voice activated.  Right? Nothing happens in the Kingdom until there is a sound released, and Holy Spirit has been speaking to me.  He said that I'm raising up a people in this region who will hear the sound of heaven and declare it into the atmosphere.

Because, see, the Kingdom is progressing, but the Kingdom can only progress as rapidly as you progress.  Why?  Because the Kingdom of God is within you, and until you open up your mouth and start to decree and declare things, the Kingdom is locked up on the inside of you.  But God said, “Open up your mouth and let it go!”

That was bullet number one.

When we first started that song, the man thrown on the bones of Elijah and I looked at that verse quickly, I flipped over to second Kings and looked at that verse, and it said that some Moabite Raiders had killed this man, and instantly Holy Spirit said “I want you to declare and decree over these people that there are some dormant callings, giftings and anointings that your flesh has murdered.”

Moabite is representative of the flesh.

He said, your flesh has murdered it, yet you are coming into contact with the anointing of the presence of God and dry things, dead things, are coming to life again! So I just speak to dormant callings and anointings and abandoned things of God and I command you, LIVE!  See, I can command those things to live, but until you command them to live, they're gonna stay dead, they're gonna stay dormant.  Why? Because the Christ in you--not Jesus--the Christ, the anointing, the anointing in you has to speak and declare, “Live, dry things, Live, dead things!  Dry bones, hear the word of the Lord proceeding out of my mouth!”

I didn't even look at the time.

That was bullet #2.

OK, OK.

The only thing the Lord spoke to me beforehand is this morning as I was just praying and doing some things and praying, I heard this statement: 

He said, “The children first”.

The children first and immediately He took me to Matthew when the woman came to Jesus, and she said my daughter is demon-possessed.

He said, “It's not right” --I'll paraphrase—this is the Holt translation—“It’s not right to give the bread to dogs.  It's the children's bread.” 

Now we know that that was talking about the Jewish people.  Listen--you are now “the children”.   And God said, “I want you to release the children’s bread first because there are some things, there are some bodies that need to be healed tonight so that then you can fulfill your Kingdom purpose.

Some of you are locked up in your body.  Your spirit is strong, but you need healed so that you can bring healing. You need deliverance so you can bring deliverance.  You need freedom so you can release freedom, so I just declare tonight and decree over you—

Listen--why do we decree something? We decree what has already been done. A decree is a legal, it is a legal declaration, basically.  Why is it legal?  Because He's already accomplished it.

See, I hear the Lord say, “tell them they need to stop asking Me for things that they're tolerating.”

Some of you are tolerating sickness and disease and bondages in your bodies and in your minds, and He says “I've already taken care of that.  Stop begging me to do something that I've already done and start decreeing that it has no legal right to stay in your body!”

So I just decree over you right now over every body, over every sickness, over every disease, you have no right to stay in the children of God.

It is the children's bread to walk in freedom, to walk in, healing, to walk in deliverance. So right now go in the name of Jesus!

I command shoulders to function properly! Someone’s shoulder, left shoulder, right now just start to move it around.  That pain is going!  That pain is going!

“Yes, I am raising up a generation who will release the Kingdom from within and stop begging for the Kingdom from without.  When you speak a word, it's as if I spoke the word!  Whatever you bind on heaven shall have been bound in heaven, so stop tolerating it in the earth.  Whatever you loose on the Earth, shall be loosed in heaven, so stop tolerating in the Earth!  

So I lose freedom!  I loose anointing!  I loose healing!  I loose Apostolic mandates!  I loose prophetic mantles, in Jesus’ name!

Come on, if you believe that, give the Lord a shout of praise!
